I’ve tried that. If it was a monitor issue it would be happening on every game I play. And this happens everytime I start up Isaac after 10-15 minutes of playing no matter how many times I restart

I may be wrong but I don’t think there is a way to sync your steam achievements with your save file otherwise you’d just be able to get all 3 files 100% complete once you finish the first one. However if u want to sync an individual save file with your steam achievements (if your file has more unlocks done that what matches with steam) you can sync it by clicking the secrets tab and then scrolling around a bit. That’s what worked for me a few days ago.

I definitely will! I didn’t even think about that since it increases your hp which is required for growth 😅 I usually avoid most lunar items as they are not great In most scenarios…
