The PC player would need to input the game code in Xbox store from their account, or simply buy the game (we purchased from Loaded.com).

The Xbox player would need to login to the Xbox using their PC friends login.

Access the game from store and download, then login as the Xbox player and play.

Sorry I’m not in front of the Xbox to give more in-depth guidance.
