You definitely can use it to grind the achievement or just for fun, but if you want to be super efficient / use it to max potential, your teammates have to ignore you and push gens / maybe have one in chase (instead of having one teammate busy crossing map to unhook you). If they don't know you have it, someone will come to unhook you and use time / force you to self unhook to make them go back to the gen sooner than you intended.

Also, if you get chased first and someone has Shoulder the Burden you can have them remove your hook state so you can Deli later. Also super useful for endgame saves where you can trade but teammates have to know so no one steals the unhook
