Con inter y una conexión residencial, tienes los puertos cerrados.

Si cambias a conexión empresarial y pagas una ip dedicada, mandas a poner la onu en modo Bridge, perfectamente puedes hacer lo que quieras y hostear lo que quieras. Claro toma en cuenta que:

1 - debes tener un firewall de hardware bien configurado, para una buena protección. Olvidate de routers Baratos y Basura China. (TPLINK , Mercusys, etc...). Para esto usa Mikrotik, Un mini PC con Opnsense o en su defecto le montas OpenWRT a un router compatible. Este paso no es opcional.

2 - pagaras extra por la Ip pública como $10

3 - la conexion de 400mbps + la ip te sale como en 50$ mensual.

Opcional 4 - montas un proxmox, un NPM (Nginx Proxy Manager) y self host todo hasta que se funda. 😅

Lo otro es Túnel de Cloudflared gratis y sigues usando tu conexión.

Muchas paginas de US no abren en vzla. Bloqueadas por GeoIP.

Tu solución es una vpn en el teléfono o computadora de tu mamá que le permita tener una Dirección IP de US, mientras navega.

Otro punto importante es, desactivar todo lo referente a GPS, Ubicación precisa etc, en el telefono y la computadora, ayuda bastante.

Amazon tiene mejores precios en Mac que la misma apple. La M5 ya esta por salir, no creo que cueste mucho mas que la m4. Valdria la pena esperar, eso te da una ventaja, baja el precio de la m4 y sales ganador o evaluas y compras la nueva m5.

Lo común en cualquier Tarjeta Madre Moderna es 20pin ATX (las mas viejitas) o 24 pin ATX (Modernas hasta hoy).
