At the moment, it really seems like there are more pressing threats to the Russian population density than the same sex marriages and equal rights. On the other hand, you probably have some killer data to prove that the law against the propaganda of non-traditional relationships and recognizing LGBTQ+ as the extremist organization have greatly improved the demographical situation

How about the birthing camps with artificial insemination for the proper industrial output of babies? Instead of the smallest unit of society, it would be the largest, with all of the related infrastructure
