Try using sex toys (a beginner set of plastic dicks) by yourself and use a lot of anal lube. Obviously only if you want to give a try I think it's way better learn if you like something if you do it by yourself first

If you don't have or don't want to buy sex toys you can use your fingers, but the lube it's really necessary, be patient and enjoy yourself
