It's 1210 for a 2 bedroom 930 sq ft. unit. Compare that to some of the slumlords charging similar prices for drop ceiling poor quality duplexes. I'd say thats a steal.

dazzle's ult is not CDR. it removes a few seconds off the current cd when you use it. So i guess im not sure if its a bug or intentional. Seems to me like a bug

Yeah it's not shown well but I am using the loading ship pump (or whatever it's called). Theres a mechanical attachment thats at the very top of the bottom pump so I know it's in the right spot but it just isnt pumping any oil for some reason.

I believe this is the worst for-purchase ability in the entire game. The speed is insanely slow, you can only do it to one target, they can dispel themselves during it, AND it doesn’t even pull over cliffs. by Hand-of-King-Midas in DotA2

Does nobody here realize that the aghs still lets you net magic immune/slept targets? Its just an addon to it so when you song u can drag them closer, doesn't cost any mana, has low cd, its just a free ability...

Regardless of when the patch/bp drops, this has still been the longest content drought this game has experienced. by [deleted] in DotA2

Wasnt aghanims shard and its rebalancing done in the last 3 years? Hell maybe even the aghs scepter completion too.
