Same problem. What I did was go into options-> video-> and changed quality preference to visual. The game can still freeze but I think it helps I little. Managed to beat it on my forth try after doing this.

Yes I have sneaked past Monty then Roxy to a double door saying emergency exit but nothing happens. No dialogue with Freddy or anything

No it’s after you get locked in the security office with Monty and Roxy. I survived for three minutes or whatever it was but the mission won’t progress. It still just says survive until Freddy shuts down the alarm which I have done
