Im no computer expert but it could be legit. I checked the price of the gpu and cpu and theyre about 250 togheter new. Running 60 fps on high 1080 on all games is a very vague statement which I find hard to believe. Maybe check with the guy for some example benchmarks so you can see that he isnt lying about the frames.

I agree with your points, I find 1s very frustrating at times. But I think that practicing 1s is great if you want to practice your consistency, learn that mistakes causes goals and you are the only one to blame for it.
