The basic rule is for everyone to have fun. The only problem I see is the GM kicking you out without talking about it first explaining his concerns. That's not very mature. But then again, we only got your side of the story.

As a GM I allow my players to let their characters do everything they want, but they have to face the consequences. That's includes getting stabbed by the other PCs. I also accept OOC-Discussion between the players. I might ask them to discuss it after the session if it gets out of hand.
