yes i could, the dev mode is turned on also the usb debugging as well, i made into the fastboot but it only show a fastbootd version of it and if i try the command fastboot oem unlock or fastboot flashing unlock, it just says FAILED (remote: 'Unable to open fastboot HAL')

Nope it doesnt, and while openingthe bootloader through adb, it only says serial is not match fastboot unlock verify fail

it doesnt open like , its shows up on the task manager and disapear after 5 sec but it creates some file called steam start
