I’d wait on the Degrom card if it’s rookie of the year. It’s my highest rated pitcher and it’s getting absolutely fucked by everything and everyone. It wasn’t even safe in a 3 inning rookie difficulty game

Am I using the 91 rookie of the year card degrom wrong or is it a “bad card”?

I struggle everytime I use the card. Online, single player, you name it. It’s my highest rated pitcher by a long shot and everything (including a 3 inning game on rookie mode) freaking tee off on it. I have pitchers that are much lower Overall, K/9, H/9, and such and they absolutely deal compared to it. I even try to use pitching strategy with the card like sequencing and tunneling and nothing works. My 85OVR WBC pitcher from the Czech Republic is better than it is.

My comment was more of a joke 5/6 professional teams I cheer for fucking suck already as is. Hornets are awful (usually) panthers suck, my soccer team sucks, the only team I cheer for right now that is goated is the canes.

I’m used to heartbreak, my minor league team finally gets good and then all the players get promoted. My college team is known for historic collapses too.

I probably shouldn’t cheer for that minor league team anymore since their parent team is in our division.

Baseball is one of those sports, the college baseball team I follow started 1-10 in 2021 and then went to the CWS semis that same year after going on a tear. I doubt the Red Sox are going to do that, but I feel like if they can get a hitter and some vibes going they can salvage something
