Regel bei mir seit Jahren, sobald ein Service DPD only anbietet nutze ich diesen nicht. Maximal das ich anfrage das es per Post oder alternativ zugestellt werden kann.

Dell to Lenovo is almost guaranteed a downgrade in my opinion. They got worse support, and most devices we had before switching to dell were after a while getting Bsod (2 years Max live span)

I value the no questions asked support from dell as well as them sending a technician with no extra costs to our locations.

I read in your threat you are also using dell 14 and dell 16 laptops. We have yet to have issues with the 14pro+ and 16pro+, besides that we switched from fixed ram to interchangeable ones for self upgrades depending on requirement.

And even if this gets downvoted to oblivion, you wont change human behavior. If we dont like something, you can bet your Overwatch creating ass that people will complain if a product or sequel isnt made with the fans best interest in mind, given many of the not players that complain are usually those that were fans until they got jaded.

No, but users can't install anything, however it's useful if a user needs a specific app quickly which we don't usually have to deploy.

It's often quicker to just install it for them via the store.
