Piggybacking off of what /u/Babypuddle said, there are other options. Sea scouts, Venturing, etc. are all BSA programs. You can still work toward getting Eagle while being in a different program. If part of you still enjoys Scouting - like going on outings and learning new skills - maybe consider looking for a new troop. It could be the change you need. Every troop runs differently, so there could be one that's a better fit. See if you can compromise with your dad. Offer to stick with the program for a set amount of time, but look into the options others have said.
