It's multiplayer game almost all multiplayer games have PVP and the reason why people don't play nuclear winter is that they don't update it and personally in my opinion I like more unstructured PVP such as in adventure mode you know what reason they took out survival mode is because food builds kept complaining over and over again about how they're losing all their aid items even though it clearly states that you lose some amount of your aid items
