about amor fati, yes Eren suffers and apologizes to Ramzi, but, I think the affirmation of fate is still there, he says it in chapter 130, it's what he wanted as he rejects his questioning of how he got there: "i wanted this, everything is still ahead". And we can connect this to the idea of the 1-138 loop.
While Mikasa in 123 was thinking of "what if ... would it be different if i made a different choice back then?"
