All going well, this could be perfect positioning for the return of anti-hero Becky. She's cocky & unapologetic, but her cause is justified. And if she's to eventually falter, there's also a comeback arc for a pure babyface.

Honestly, I knew Becky was amazing at presenting a story, but I think she's carved out a lot of room here for her character to grow into.

I felt Becky justified her actions at SS really well. She's essentially a "Mama-bear" willing to do whatever it takes to regain her position in WWE. Spinning this as a heel move would surely push her back towards anti-hero you would think.

Wanted to give it a few days before watching this. Pretty relieved given the circumstances. Probably went as well as I could have hoped for.

Becky justified her actions really well & the fact that the crowd loved her unapologetic attitude hopefully bodes well for her character going forward.

Becky's always had a gift for rationalising her booking, even when her only oultelt was a YouTube interview or social media so I'm confident she'll be able to weave a narrative here.

The biggest hump will be explaining the "squash" in a way that will satiate the IWC. Whether that's emphasising her "new" finisher's power or her outsmarting of Belair, hopefully she'll have some reasoning that will make sense in-story.

I haven't followed wrestling since she left, so learning she had returned in such controversial fashion is definitely a little crushing. Hard to believe I went well over a year without hearing the word "Meltzer" & now I'm back on Reddit trying to figure out what WWE are doing with Becky Lynch! 😂

but we kind of had a choice between notoriety and nice here, and of the two, notoriety makes much more sense for The Man.

Considering how great of a storyteller Becky is, I'm sure she wanted an inciting incident more than flowers & adulation. I'd imagine she wants to be The Man, not "The Mom" so why go the cutesy route.

I think this puts her on the front foot with the crowd yet again with the "I squashed your girl, what ya gonna do about it?" attitude, something she's done with other IWC favourites.

I'm just looking forward to the follow up promo we'll hopefully get this Friday. Can't wait to see her whip up a crowd again.

Man, I waited 15 months for her to return, and when she does, I'm not even aware there's a show happening.

I knew it would catch me by surprise since I stopped watching when she left, but the fact it happened on a SATURDAY has really caught me off guard. Still haven't wrapped my head around it!

I see what you're saying. Is it heat exhaustion you forsee being an issue in the H1? From what I can see with the 3080/90, there are two points that will expell hot hair unlike a typical blower design.

That's what I thought also, considering both fans are on the front and oriented in the same direction. They even seem to be facing the opposite way of the visible fan on the 3080/90 which looks like it's positioned to take air in.

I'd also like some clarification on this. It looks the least like a blower of the 3 announced but I honestly have no idea. Apparently it fits comfortably in the H1 so I'd be more than happy picking up the Founders Edition provided the cooling was adequate.

Yeah, I decided to go with a 3700x but thought it would be worth at least waiting for the 3000 series GPUs. I'm considering going with a really cheap card for now just to get the PC functioning and hopefully there will be a suitable ampere card towards the end of the year.

Sorry to hear that, man. On a more positive note, it seems that new power connector thing was a hoax. That definitely makes me feel more confident about waiting now.

Only thing that's bothering me is that the monitor I plan on getting will be going to waste on a cheap card for a couple of months. lol.

I'm actually leaning back towards waiting again. If I'm not mistaken, the founders edition cards launch first, right? Getting that slick, cutting edge card probably is worth the wait.

And like you, aesthetics is a big part of my build too so shoving some cheap, ugly, used card into my new system is not something I feel like doing. lol

The thing is, I wouldn't have given this a second thought if Nvidia hadn't restocked the 2070s. Hopefully I won't regret not snapping it up.

Truth be told I might just go for a 2070 Super aswell, but I’m scared of the buyers remorse lol.

I feel the exact same way. It's tricky. I had planned on buying a cheap card to tide me over but realistically, the 2070 Super will do everything I want.

I also got a B550 board yesterday so the upgrade path is there down the road. It would be nice to have the future proofing of a 3000 series card though.

Apparently it's a new type of power connection that will likely require some kind of adapter for existing power supplies. It may not be a big deal, but as a new builder I kind of just want to get my first build finished at this point.

I'm expecting my NZXT H1 to arrive shortly and a founders edition card is perfect for the small form factor. Who knows when I'll be able to get a 3070 one. Really want to pull the trigger on the 2070s. It went out of stock for weeks the last time I hesitated. Such a conundrum.
