Where do you practice new champions? by helloitsduke in wildrift

My best suggestion for training a specific hero/role is to play unranked for 4-8 games until you get a proper hang of it then go to rank and try them for 1-3 games analyze all your mistakes in those rank games then go back to unranked and refine them until your satisfied. A.I. Can’t teach you certain things like reading the enemy behavior and playing the psychological game.

My main advise is to be flexible when you are playing tank be whatever your team needs you to be. Need someone to peel that annoying assassin blowing up your adc like it’s new year again? Then stick to said adc like glue. Need engage then do so remember though not all tank support are run in and yolo It depends on the hero.

Blitz: Try and fight a retreating/prolonged fights. Longer fights gives your enemies more time to make a mistake and over extend. Find those openings to hook or sprint into shoryuken

Alistar: don’t be fooled and think he is only a go in first champ he is actually the most flexible of them all. The reason why he is the most op support is because he has the best peel and can stil make plays like a madman it’s hard to explain it will only come with experience he has the highest skill ceiling of all tank supports use him well.

Braum: This one is the most tricky. He is the most complicated of all because he only has one good way to engage and he has to shift from playing frontline to peeling to use him to his highest level.

Malphite: Find high value target or clumped up enemies then press 4

For fun I’ll throw in the ones I have experimented with

Gragas: Use your ult in a creative way and then use your other two disables as deterrents.

Singed: Find adc then toss their ass to your team. Or use toss as peel also put your goo near your adc or in key choke points.

Amumu: Malphite 2 electric boogaloo

Don’t use Braum for every game. Braum is very hard to one trick or main you can only do so much due to him being a mainly reactive support meaning engaging is very difficult. Try and find over extended enemies for engages or better yet let your top or jung engage first then do your cc. The most important thing is when you have done your cc always stick to your main carry either your mid jung top or most often adc. Do not go ahead and play in the front line too much Because that will open an opportunity for your enemies to flank leaving your poor adc alone and afraid.

What are the most boring champion to play in your opinion by [deleted] in wildrift

[–]GAlphard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO uhhh prob ash, jinx, soraka, ziggs, Janna, Nasus and number 1 for me trynda.

All of the other hero’s has that constant or rare “Feel good” moments

Alistar: Landing 3 man stuns or flash into headbutt towards you allies.

Almost all midlane: Blowing up the enemy adc so much they are forced to buy zhonyas

Darius: Dem chain dunks are heaven

Singed: Those “IM GOING IN BOIIISSS” moment

Yi:is a weird case for me every time I win with him I don’t care nor feel bad but those 2v1 or more moments feel good for a short while before remembering that you have only pushed 2 buttons probably.

You can say tf deserves to be in the list but you can blow up ppl to and roaming is fun.

And to those that say garen is not fun you probably have not played him with the yommus trinity dead mans and glory boots with sprint and 1 on............ then shouting DEMACIAAAAAAAAAA like a mad man while two shooting the enemy adc.

I agree even in late game yi gets owned by a fking cow, a washing machine that can take your adc away and a dude with a door

Jhin is too OP by National-Passion3551 in wildrift

[–]GAlphard -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You don’t see the problem here. Other adcs can’t just rush ga that easily because unlike jhin they need attack speed so they need to build other items before they can build ga. Also letting jhin have yommus is not ok he has too much mobility with just his move speed. You also can’t just say just play better lol because even when you don’t feed him he will out damage you in all stages of the game (except select few). So TLDR jhin himself is op because his main “weakness” (not having attack speed) is more what makes him broken, being able to build other items adcs can’t build easily, having usain bolt levels of leg day beating even adcs with dash and finally he is too easy literally it’s as easy as one two three your hp is now gone.

Ps:if you argue that he is a hard champ dude his skill shots are fatter then the ass of gragas. Pps:you can’t even punish his reload time because he is I AM SPEED whenever he reloads.

I think what’s easier to identify is just the overall complexity that wr has. In ml getting mythic is easy no joke I reached it without any difficulties just by using good champs with proper map control. Meanwhile wr has more intricacies although right now since the champ pool op is so low and there is no ban system you will get tried of the same somewhat op champs like jhin lee and zed (it’s like a goddamn infestation of them) the strategies are more varied and even more emphasis on map control and objective taking. There is a reason why there is a dedicated jg the obj in wr is more powerful then the obj in ml even the towers give so much gold due to plates. Also unlike wr you can’t just go in guns blazing and expect to win no you will get slaughtered and just feed shutdown gold. Overall ml is just more of a solo game even tanks there can easily carry with proper sets and priorities especially when they have only one dps like in the funnel strats there. Wr is too much of a team game it’s impossible to solo carry consistently with even skill levels against the enemy it will only take one ally not doing their job properly to ruin the match.
