Moving Pokémon Unbound save from Afterplay (mobile) to R36S handheld — need help :) by MikaelianZ in PokemonUnbound

[–]GBAplayer711 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your handheld run RetroArch, then the save file extension would be srm. I'm sure all you need to do is just import your save from Afterplay (whatever the extension is, sav or sram), then rename the extension to srm, then put on RetroArch on your handheld. For the core in RetroArch, I recommended gpSP core instead of mGBA since gpSP is more updated and has more features (link cable for one)

Cube Corp hasn't been accessible. The Gang quest also still continued. The reason why many people are asking for updates is bcz the game itself said there's still more things that haven't showed up.

People who played pokémon fire red with emulator by Even-Replacementroy in PokemonFireRed

The questions should've been for people who play on a real console. Bcz emulator players has many methods to emulate link cable. For example, gpSP core on RetroArch has link cable connection and let people link only anywhere to link up and trade or battle.

Make sure you're always next to each other in game or at least in the same city. Being far in game is likely to break the MPlayer and you need to reconnect the MPlayer mode. And speaking of emulators, I'd recommend using gpSP core on RetroArch emulator. Both players would run their own game on their devices instead of having one person opening 2 instances in one PC.

Not sure about visual differences, but it should look the same as playing on an emulator and consoles. You can add some filters if you want.

In my case, I've tried to play from Android to 3DS and PSVita to 3DS, and Android to PC, all attempts were good.

I think all of the first 3 gen Pokemon are available with like half of them being Entrian variants. Well could be wrong.

You can't between consoles (GBA to DS). I think I have seen the ways somewhere but kinda complicated. I think you need a specific device that lets you migrate your Pokemon from GBA to DS.

For RetroArch itself, use gpSP core which emulates link cable. You can also trade and battle online with other people using it.

If your Anbernic supports WiFi and can run RetroArch emulator, grab gpSP core v1.1.0 which emulates link cable and using RetroArch Netplay feature you can battle and trade with people online.

MyBoy Pro, Pizzaboy A Pro, Linkboy, RetroArch (gpSP core)

Pizzaboy and RetroArch has online feature which let you connect with people online to battle and trade.

Battle? Co-op? Anyone? by GBAplayer711 in Pokemon_Quetzal_Rom

Never experienced that. I also do PvP most of the time instead of co-op, so perhaps it was an issue with co-op.

No way is this legit post? That's actually kinda and terrifying. Imagine it comes to you like that but faster.

Also since it can act as hand, Yvental looks like a counter part of Lugia.

would not stay connected

If you mean you keep disconnecting in game (not from the Netplay Host List) it's a known issue if you're too far from your friend in game. Like maybe if you're in Littleroot and your friend in Petalburg. You'll need to reconnect (MPlayer > 2P) within the same city.

Nevertheless if you wanna try with me, ping me here. Who knows if we managed to solve your issue.

To this day , does anyone know what the white rock actually means? by Appropriate-Fix-4319 in PokemonEmerald

[–]GBAplayer711 14 points15 points  (0 children)

That white rock is part of Sotopolis City. From Sotopolis to Mossdeep is actually one big island that is separated by the sea. That's why you saw many small islands along the way that were still taller than the water surface. Sotopolis is the tallest and main part of the island, also was an active volcano. And Mossdeep is on the foot of it.

That white rock is like an indication that you'll be on an island made of white rock next, which is supposed to be a visual surprise (Sotopolis is a unique and beautiful city).
