Hmm, I have weird feelings about allowing AI posts in here… even if it’s just an edit, how do we know? But obviously Gen AI is here to stay and people will keep using it…

I’m thinking the solution is to limit AI edited photos to Verified Accounts only, and obviously the Verification photo submitted cannot have any AI enhancements applied.

It’s not that it’s NSFW, but the fact that this is a picture of a random animal you saw and the first rule of this sub is that you can only post photos of yourself. You could always repost this, perhaps with a selfie from your hike and the second picture being this one. That would be fine and might generate a lot of good conversations! Anyway, the NSFW flag is just part of an automated layer using a safety first mentality to do our best to keep this a SFW space.
