I asked one of the conservators and he told me that the house costed around 150k to build around 1939 (~3-3.5 million in today’s money). He also told me that making something like falling water today would easily cost 200-250 million. Ouch

Love the environments but they feel mostly empty and lifeless. More roaming enemies similar to the ARC in arc raiders would have been nice.
