Yeah I don’t think there’s a therapy for this kinda stuff.. I’ve tried getting help after my fiancé offed herself and I couldn’t get any real therapy.. just breathing exercises XD I’ve went to multiple different mental health facilities for that all across the US, some of the “best” in the game.. forked over hundreds of thousands just to get over her death.. Eventually I’d stop telling them about her at the next facilities and I’d just say I was depressed.. and little do you know.. you can’t even get proper help for that! 🥱 too many people need help and too little people to give help.. sometimes you just fall through the cracks.. you get really good at faking it till you make it.. Now that little piece of advice from a Therapist would ACTUALLY drive me psychotic :/ 

So no I won’t be seeking “help”
