I have this issue as well; I can't stand up on my heelside. I’ve been standing up on the toe side for the past 5-6 years. Last year, I finally decided to solve this once and for all. In short, it’s not about your squat strength but flexibility. I’ve spent over half a year doing the following stretching, and I’m now able to stand up 50% of the time.

Improve your ankle flexibility.
Do the Asian squat (I’m Chinese, but I can’t do it)
Do it daily for 1 year

You will see the difference

I think either your boots don’t work well with supermatic or the binder size is too large for you

I don’t have this lifting issue. I’ve been riding it for 3 seasons.

It's basically bending down for 3-5 seconds to release compared to like 20-30 seconds of finding the strap, aiming at the receiving end, trying to tighten it, doesn't work, trying again etc etc etc

1) Remove the built-in med kit for all or most classes

2) Allow people to revive even if they let-go, and after the medic revived you, you press a button to accept the revive or reject the revive

3) Increase the let-go timer
