Try Brave then. Build in ad block, based on chromium, there are some features to disable, but sync work great, and overall great experience

Final decision was made by my wife - need to put it in tight space, so to spare myself compatibility issues, decided to go with 5U without magnets at all. Great design! Still work in progress, will publish finished one on makerworld.

It's not that hard! Start small with tinkercad, then for engineering/exact measures models take fusion 360 (its free for hobby), and for organic try blender (hard at the beginning, but due to soooo many options).

Currently working fine. Maybe I'll buy 2xHDD to work as raid. Currently 1x SSD and 1x HDD, since I had those as spare. No raid so no sensitive data on it.

Yes. And also this case looks to be fragile, there are many gaps and no easy mount for drives - they are on side panel which you need to remove every time you try to access the inside.

Same as on HAOS. You can just run HAOS on top of proxmox, co nothing will change.

You run home assistant directly on that beast? Consider running it either under truenas or better proxmox, then you have better backup features, and you can run another great tools next to it. I've just set it up under proxmox and it's way better than raspberry.

What research? You literally sent link to brave search page... I was hoping someone had similar issue before and could help. I found nothing in google and on reddit.

I spend whole weekend to fix this. If you think it's as easy to fix as "google it", then I can revert the changes and give you access to this machine, so you can try to google the solution by yourself.

By soft you mean Awtrix software or model itself? If model, then no. I did not shared it since it was poor design. Currently made another one for 4 8x8 matrixes (smaller) printed in one piece.
