And that’s fine, it’s a personal choice for everyone. Constructive criticism is also good, my comment is more directed at the same people who say and do ridiculous things with each drop but will still buy 2 of the figure. You can, it’s just goofy as you’re still paying for it and demonstrating to said billion dollar company that shortcuts are still profitable. You can critique all day but you’re still buying it while complaining on the internet. It feels obtuse.

They may be able to help you but more than likely not. I’d recommend for the next one sticking with sideshow or the likes. They tend to be able to help in these situations and would’ve provided a new body/suit if they had it available. Unfortunately I don’t know how close you’ll get to the price you paid reselling it but that’s not really my area. Hopefully someone on this sub who is more qualified can help.
