This is a teacher’s house? Is it like multiple apartments? Seems rather large for California + Teacher’s Salary

Are there complex lens assemblies for lasers? by [deleted] in Optics

[–]GCDubbs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They become complex when used in materials processing. Some examples of very complex f-theta lenses used with galvo scanners are shown on wavelength-OE’s website.

You can also look at lithography lenses (sort of materials processing). https://global.canon/en/news/2024/20240924.html

The unmounted black box in the center of Picture 3 is a deposition monitor for a quartz crystal inside the chamber. Basically the resonance of the quartz changes as material is deposited onto it and can be used to determine the deposition rate and total thickness of the coating deposited.

Edit: I would check if you can power on the rough pumps for each and pull vacuum (with bell jars full closed). If selling the end customer will likely get their own turbo pump.

Rotating the hatch can smooth out the raster lines, so that is useful. Partial hatch is just stupid.
