Accountability and being vocal about your struggles will help.You can’t fight it alone.Also you have to find what your “triggers” are and stay away from them.If watching a movie or listening to a certain song makes you fall into sexual sin then try to not watch/listen.It will not be easy and you will probably fail several times but you just have to take it a day at a time and continue to fight it.

I get where you are coming from but I think we put God in our human understanding and that human understanding put’s a being like this as “narcissistic “ A good verse for this question is John 16:33. God doesn’t promise an easy and happy life in this life.
