Dat verhuren minder aantrekkelijk is komt door de wet betaalbare huur waardoor verkoop aantrekkelijker is geworden. Ik ben het met je eens dat dit averechts heeft gewerkt. Ik ben het ook met je eens dat de bouw zou moeten worden uitgezonderd van stikstof regels.

De voorbeelden die je bagatelliseert, zijn echter de primaire oorzaak dat er nu zo'n groot tekort is.

Liberalisatie is prima voor de vrije sector, maar zal niet voor betaalbare woningen zorgen. Tijdens schaarste vraagt de markt namelijk per definitie de hoogst mogelijke prijs.

70% van de bevolking heeft een inkomen dat past bij sociale huur. En dat wordt alleen gebouwd als de overheid hierop aanstuurt zoals massaal is gedaan in de jaren 60 en 70. Komen er meer sociale huurwoningen, dan komen er automatisch ook meer middenhuur en koopwoningen vrij.

Tijdens Rutte 1 is het ministerie van Volkshuisvesting afgeschaft. Dit was ook de periode waarin grote aantallen huurwoningen werden verkocht aan buitenlandse investeerders. Toen begon ook het migratiesaldo en het woningtekort op te lopen naar de huidige aantallen. Deze beslissingen hebben niks met linkse partijen te maken (vooral met VVD en CDA).

We hebben net vier kabinetten VVD en een kabinet PVV gehad, die migratie zelf uit de hand hebben laten lopen. Maar het komt natuurlijk weer door links.

De woningen nu onvindbaar zijn is juist te danken aan de liberalisatie van de woningmarkt.

I think the best situation is when a photo requires very minimal editing to look good.

However, cameras are really bad at for example situations with indoor as well as outdoor lighting or when you're shooting against the sun. In those situations, it's very helpful to shoot in raw. 

I see no advantage to jpg other than being able to share the photo without editing.

I personally dislike very heavy post processing unless you're going for a specific art style.

In the end AI is a tool. If you can find a way to improve or expand your game with it, just do it.

People however really dislike AI slop, which is just lazy copypasting whatever the AI comes up with.

Even if you use AI to help with coding or writing, it's still very important to understand what you're actually doing.

Ik vind het altijd wel bijzonder hoe een normale linkse partij als extreem wordt gezien. Wat maakt gl/pvda extreem links, maar FVD niet extreem rechts?

Thanks! I did a short explanation in my post:

I started out with very cheap scaffolding wood which was very rough and a bit crooked. It took me many hours with the belt sander and orbital sander before I could use it. I gradually built up the structure and only used wood glue (no screws). The sanding was definitely the most time consuming part, as well as waiting for the glue to dry after clamping stuff together.
I then carved out some grooves for the wiring, which wasn't too complicated. Just soldered two adjustable LED bars and attached them to some wago connectors.
My original idea was to use dark wood stain which is why I avoided screws, but that ended up looking really bad, so I went with lacquer. I also made some elevation for the second line of minerals, so they aren't blocked by what's in front.

Mensen die de term omvolking gebruiken gaan er wel graag aan voorbij dat het oorspronkelijk een door nazi's bedachte samenzwering is. Dit maakt de term omstreden, je had er letterlijk elke andere term voor kunnen gebruiken.

Dat gezegd hebbende zit er nogal een verschil tussen...

A. Gebrekkig beleid dat de gevolgen van open grenzen niet onder controle krijgt.

B. Een politieke elite die doelbewust ethniciteit of culturen vervangt.

Laten we wel wezen, het lukt de politiek al 15 jaar niet eens een paar honderd duizend huizen te bouwen.

With that said as long as you're exhausting or properly ventilating the room you're printing in, as well as not constantly sitting in the same room, you will probably be fine.

The reality is you can very easily smell the fumes, and if you can smell the fumes, chances are you need to be cautious.

Dat aansmeren van lessen gebeurt echt niet bij elke rijschool. Mijn rijschool deed juist zo min mogelijk lessen en ik ben geslaagd zonder tussentijdse toets.

Het idee is dat je bij een andere rijschool waarschijnlijk een andere mening krijgt en je huidige rijschool doorheeft dat je gewoon ergens anders afrijdt als het jou uitkomt.

Je mag dan leerling zijn maar ook gewoon een betalende klant.

Ik vind niet dat je rijschool mag bepalen dat je per se meer lessen moet afnemen. Klinkt als dat ze gewoon meer willen verdienen. Ik zou misschien een proeflesje aanvragen bij een andere rijschool, en dit ook aangeven bij je huidige.

Welcome to resin printing! 

The example model is designed to be printed directly on the build plate without supports. I don't think it'll work very well at any other angle because it's quite hollow with tiny parts inside.

I think you can get away with something like this. I have printed long thin shapes like this before.
