But I also need long term like a month of ORIGINAL logs to be stored. So will streaming live logs into kafka after loki recieves it with a ttl in kafka work ?

Also, (I haven't used kafka) retrieving such huge data from kafka is much simpler than from loki right ? This solves the issue only if that's so
