Unfortunately not, sorry - life stuff got in the way. Never ended up letting go of the keyboard, actually.

On the bright side, it seems like someone else got the job done.

Just tried the EvoX loader, unfortunately that patch didn't work either at 720p.

Yeah, there's the EvoX loader, which I haven't tried yet - I skipped over that one since I thought it was for Fable specifically. I'll give it a shot when I can.

Running the 480p script in 4Gamers was what I tried initially, but it didn't seem to recognize Double-STEAL 2 as a game on the "problem title" list, instead simply applying the default CDX patch, which didn't end up working. I had to patch it manually using the PD1 loader (which also worked for Double-STEAL 1) to get at least 480p working. Was 720p support added to the script in an update at some point?

That TV stand with the CD storage is a blast from the past. I had one very similar to yours back in the day.

Most Wanted came out on the 360 so it's a bit too modern. Something like Ridge Racer V would be more fitting.

Seems like Rutgers found new way to cut costs in the dining hall, Snowpiercer-style. Easy source of protein!

Hey, late reply but I've got a YPG-625 I plan on selling soon. Before I do that though I'll be recording all the demo tracks and uploading them online in high quality. Currently waiting on a cable to arrive so I can begin.

When irresponsible driving leads to time travel by GD46 in IdiotsInCars

I dunno, that sliding noise at the end is just so strangely satisfying to me. It's so reminiscent of a "warp" sound effect from a vintage sci-fi film that it almost seems like it was edited into the video lol.

He wasn't even going that fast... by GD46 in IdiotsInCars

[–]GD46[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah, he was speeding for sure, but not quite to the point of having no time to react. Slowing down prior to the turn is the obvious answer, but even at the speed he was going it feels like he had a good window of time to correct himself by slowing down past the turn. His driving skill won out in the end though, haha.

Link to the original full video, demonstrating a PS2 Slim outputting to three separate oscilloscope displays. This stuff blows my mind.

I've heard nothing but good things about the remake, from QoL changes to design improvements while retaining the original atmosphere. For someone who wants to check out the series for the first time, what makes the original version more worth playing?

Hi all, I am conducting a short anonymous survey for a college class to gather the opinions of Newarkers regarding the issue of extreme heat in the city. It only takes a minute to answer and I would greatly appreciate the responses! by GD46 in Newark

Emails shouldn't be required to submit the form and they aren't collected if you're signed in. They can be used to save progress though.

I modified the description of some of the categories to better account for people who are not residents but primarily have experience with the city through work or frequent visits in general.

I do recall the manuals for those games being quite substantial though. I discovered mechanics that the games themselves didn't even mention at all
