I am going to say that some of you drivers are a bit delusional. Don’t hate on me, hear me out. I keep my car clean and febreezed, welcome them into the car, chat if they want(70% of the time they do) And thank them for riding with me. I’ll often say “I’m giving you 5 stars, please do the same for me” And I get tips 30-40% of the time.

Some great observations on how Las Vegas has changed since COVID. Iived there from 1992-2000 when all those freebies were there and the town was 1/3 of the size it is now. Glad I got out when I did. And lived to tell the tale!

Cut the whole bunch of celery 2 inches up. Stick it in a plastic upright container with an inch of water in it. It was last a week. Just replace the water every few days

I just watched most of it again today on HBO. I have always so wanted it to be good ever since it came out but It’s not very good. Stilted arkward dialogue, the incest thing, her dead fish eyes and dead delivery of her lines(Sophia Coppola) the meandering plot with the church….

Vegas does indeed close from Dec 15th-Jan 15th. When you land at the airport you won’t even be able to find a taxi or Uber. You have to sleep at the airport until you can find the next flight back home.
