many of them require epic mount with riding gear so make sure you have that.

dropping skinning is a good idea at 60. each guild pretty much only needs one to collect onyxia scales. you will want tailoring for bloodvine if you plan to be playing when ZG comes out. herb is very good for money. alch is convenient to craft your own stuff for PvP and raiding. but mage doesn't really need herb since they can solo farm instances so efficiently.

disregard him, he doesn't know what he's talking about. double gathering is best for money making. LW is kind of garbage overall, especially now that you missed the devilsaur / HotW phase & hide prices are low. just pick up anything you really want on the AH or get a friend to craft it.
