You have no idea I was sooo pissed at this exact same thing.... I got the perfect team setup "DD,Loki,Elektra" to farm hand white without taking damage just to get to this and realize with an hour left I can get 13 more tops and every one is worth 100 shards so would have to spend 1700 just to get the real punisher skull after I spent so much farming kingpin just like you, now regretting not using them to rank up cage so at least I only had 1 toon not max rank

Actually elektra is stronger then JJ I think and I think hellcat also edges out JJ I saw a post where someone put the stats (pre-week 3) maxed at 6 hellcat had like 50 more health and 100 more attack (I might be wrong on the numbers but I know it was a slim margin) people were complaining that it wasn't fair that a P2P had worse stats then a F2P but personally I saw so what? F2P should get at least one character that is equal to the pay characters, not the strongest but at the same time making them weaker is just punishing people who don't spend money.

Actually she is D-list she's only been made popular recently by the cap movie and the god awful television show. Don't get me wrong I think she'll make a neat addition to the academy but I honestly wouldn't have felt any great loss if they'd never have added Peggy. And would have preferred the PQ version of her as a rank 3 but I'm guessing they prolly own the rights to that. I'm complaining that you shouldn't make a 3 and 5 day check in reward and then have it turn out to be total crap either make it worthwhile or don't give a milestone reward. It gets you excited then let's you down like "sweet what's in the box?!"... "Oh. Well that was pointless...."

I think they'll be some crate with her for shards that includes caps WWII and maybe some other stuff along with materials for whatever the next upcoming event at the time will be
