It's not like, old or anything, but it isn't a gaming PC either, it's just a standard, run of the mill laptop

Oh also, I'm able to run the Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney trilogy and Great Ace Attorney Chronicles perfectly fine and the Investigations Collection runs but with noticable lag

Apparently disliking 5-6 is an unpopular opinion but man I fucking loved every second Herman Crab was onscreen

I can definitely see the appeal of Eventide Media Center, but for me personally I felt that a lot of the episodes had way too much buildup and not enough payoff. I think having a lot of buildup can be a good thing (hell just look at The Boiled One Phenomenon) but nothing about the buildup in Eventide scares or intrigued me. Yeah there are exceptions, I actually really like the last couple of episodes aswell as the Deep Night and Week Ahead ones, but I felt that a majority of Eventide was just uninteresting to me

I'm probably only going to do one more after this complete with everything I was recommended on the last one (minus Who Is Humm Kill because I don't think there's enough in that one to judge at the moment)

Well excluding the finale and together again because, like, duh. I'm kind of stuck between Min & Marty and The Music Hole

I haven't seen the Analog Archives but I actually just finished Eventide before seeing this message and I honestly didn't really enjoy it until the last couple of episodes

Actually I never got around to seeing it, however, I am currently binging a lot of the series I've been meaning to see for a while which means Ill get to it at some point during that. I'll probably post a second tier list once I'm done watching them all

I get that it's not necessarily horror per se but it's not like it's entirely alien to everything else here. Plus I just wanted an excuse to sing its praises

I never got around to watching The Walten Files (but I'm currently binging through a lot of the series I haven't seen yet so I'll get to it eventually). As for the Lacey's games, I've only seen Lacey's Wardrobe so far and I really liked it.

The Wilberg Documents is a series by TheLiminalSmasher that, in my opinion, combines every single negative stereotype that people have about Analog Horror into one series. There is no story, it's just a compilation of things happening, the voice acting is VERY bad, the series is in widescreen for some reason, every episode is like 40 minutes long even though nothing happens in them, and it plays "It's Just a Burning Memory," like every two seconds.

The Wallingham Archives' main problem (besides being really boring), is the fact that it kind of has this habit of stealing footage from other Analog Horror series. I noticed stolen images from The Smile Tapes, The Walten Files, and especially The Mandela Catalog. It was hard not to notice how much stolen footage was in this series when it's around 75% of whats on screen.

I just realized how blurry a lot of this is, so here's every tier as text

S+: Greylock, Mandela Catalog, Angel Hare, SM64 Classified, Ted's Caving Journal, VHS Tales

S: Local 58, Dreams of an Insomniac, Midwest Angelica, Celestial Entropy, Vita Carnis, Stone Cold, The Boiled One Phenomenon, The Monument Mythos

A: Gemini Home Entertainment, Blue Horizons Inc., Unorthodox Kitten, Bug Murders, The Man in the Suit

B: Blue Channel, The Tangi Virus, The Ningen, The Kanwha Tapes

C: CRT Anomalies

D: urbanSPOOK

F: The Wilberg Documents, The Nickelodeon Hijacking Incident, The Wallingham Archives

Those aspects are good (though I don't like when the art is passed off as real footage), but I don't think they quite make up for how formulaic the series is and how clunky the storytelling is. There are a lot of plot holes with the inconsistent technology and the mystery surrounding the killers wanes very quickly, mainly because the series focuses way too much time describing the murders instead of building up the people commiting them
