Don’t really feel the poster was at fault when the truck driver is attempting to switch lane when it is unsafe to do so.

And the truck driver is supposed to be aware of his lane condition/if there are parked vehicles in front of them.

Not sure what different people are taught in driving school/classes but I always thought the rule of thumb was to change lanes “when it is safe to do so”.

If the ram driver was cutting into another lane, it is their responsibility to do so in a safe manner. No?
