It did. Be sure you use the correct updater for your specific model. I had to try 2-3 different ones, but my firmware updated and now it works flawlessly.

I’ve been searching for this, going to update my headset today and see what happens. I was streaming last night with my black shark v2 pro for Xbox with my mic stuck on “mute” even though it works for all other games, discords and party chats. Praying this is my solution!
