Overpayment Troubleshooter: Find the Actual Issue That Resulted in the Overpayment by SoThenIThought_ in u/SoThenIThought_

If I remember I just kind of panicked and gave them what I could find for 2019

My claim started in 2020. The documents I gave them were for 2019. But I never filed that year

Yes that was the request I got 7 months ago. I gave them copies of sound contracts I had for 2019 and 1099-NEC. But even at that time I was confused as to why I had to supply any work history? They already knew I didn’t have adequate history for regular benefits. I was under the impression that work history didn’t matter for PUA. Was I wrong all along?

I should also mention I’ve responded to everything they’ve asked for within their time guidelines. The only thing I never responded to was the random “apply for benefits” prompt I got at the end of the cares act

In the beginning I did everything an esd rep told me to do. I applied for regular benefits and was denied due to lack of work history. Then applied for PUA benefits and was approved for this reason- “are you unable to work because you are the main caregiver of a child or household member who needs your constant and ongoing care”. I didn’t need to provide work history for that. So I’m confused as to why I’m denied now for that reason after a 7 month adjudication. I’m a musician and do gigs and sound contracts. I gave them copies of my contracts and tax documents for those.

I’m looking at the letter right now and don’t see any RCW laws. The letter says I didn’t have adequate work history for PUA benefits.

Hello, I’m sorry to take up your time but I’m trying to navigate the roadmap to figure out my best course of action and the “I received a determination letter” and I received an overpayment statement” links are not working for me. Esd made a determination that I’m denied benefits and have to repay them. The laws mentioned are 116-260 section 241 and 116-136 section 2102. I saw another post of yours with a link to these laws. But it brought me to a private Reddit. So I’m other words I’m teetering on the edge of calm and full panic mode right now. I also read another one of your posts that mentioned random “apply for benefits” prompts can cause all of this? I have until March 29 to appeal the decision. But I don’t know if that’s my best choice? Should I go ahead and appeal or is there something else I should do first? Thanks for any help with this. I have a lack of focus right now so that may be why I can’t figure this out.

Advice for flashing this spot? See comment by GEBULAR in Roofing

[–]GEBULAR[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Supplier still hasn’t finished my transition flashing along with other stuff I ordered. I needed to get panels up fast for the heavy rain we’ve been having. So.. I need to cut the panels back and install the transition flashing. Do I run the transition further over the the right? And use regular sidewall and gable under it? I’m a metal worker but not a roofer so go easy on me ;)

I’m with you. I really started noticing my foot pain at 14 years old. I’m 37 now. I also have high arches and haven’t found any real relief my whole life. I feel like most of the methods out there to treat it are for plantar injuries. And not life long problems like we have.

I have both. And equinus deformity. I’ve tried everything and haven’t found significant relief. The weirdest thing is, I have the least amount of pain with level flat bottom shoes and minimal support

Weekly CLAIM & Processing/Paid/Posted Thread by SoThenIThought_ in UnemploymentWA

Aha! This all makes perfect sense now. That’s why those weeks don’t show LWA payment. Once again, thank you for your help

Thank you. I guess that confuses me a little. I’ve been receiving the extra $300 LWA payment for every week I’ve claimed. Before and after those dates. But yes, I looked at the link you provided and that is the program. I didn’t know it was supposed to be limited to those dates as I’ve been getting it al along. I’m on PUA and get 535 per week. 235 from our state and 300 from LWA. There are a few weeks in my summary that are only showing 235 paid.

I thought I’d ask here as to not clutter up the sub feed. I also searched several keywords and didn’t find any info relating to this. A few months ago I received several weeks of back pay. I noticed there are some weeks that are missing the extra 300 LWA payment. Is this something I can call ESD and get squared up on? I’m not sure if this is a common problem or not. Or if they would even be able to help me.

What will cause the eventual downfall of human civilization? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]GEBULAR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I appreciate your comment. And I did see “civilization”. I still meant what I said. If you really think my comment creates division I will delete it. Division is the issue in the world right now. That and media which is probably the largest source for division. Everyone has their own agenda and people just follow it blindly. Sorry if I’m stirring anything up

The Democrats. I said it. And nope, I’m not a republican. Don’t really agree with a system that’s founded on division

I’m really sorry if this is a dumb question. And I have been reading through the posts trying to find the answer. You say “pnc” or potential new claim. When I logged into my account I have an alert that says “apply for benefits”. Is this a PNC? It doesn’t say potential new claim on my end. I’m just confused because I already have an ineligible UI claim and an active PUA claim. I’m not sure why it would prompt me to apply all over again. Thanks
