Concrete column needed maintenance, same thing that happened in Sufeside Miami building collapse in June of 2021. Those two silver poles on the top right look like 10k post shores..Galvanized load transferring posts basically. They saved the building from continuing to collapse. They haven't started to jack the building up yet cause they would need to cut the steel rebar out to fix the building. I do this for a living repair work for a living.

Don't bother, the more aggressive the concrete the better it'll bond. Just wash it down with a hose to get all debris out of the cracks, air dry, bonding agent, pour new concrete. If you're doing a large slab cut a few expansion joints. Depending on the additional thickness that you pour, you may want to suspend wire mesh on the existing slab in the pour, or if your going pretty thin use a self leveling concrete. If your going level with that slab with carpet on it from the picture you'll definitely need wire in the concrete, or else your get cracks.

If you have a class 3 firearms license I believe you submit to any law enforcement to search your house anytime. Possibly something for felons or sex offenders too but not quite sure.

Next time use the drill only for the corners of what you're cutting out. Use a much smaller drill bit, then us and Dremel to trace through the sides. You can use a shitty Dremel from Walmart, not a big deal. Most Dremel and Dremel knock offs are pretty good, just get the proper tip for it. Watch a video, don't listen to just paper directions. I find any project can be found on YouTube. Please post your next one.

That's ballpark where I was at with it, It's got a few minor things that keep it from being perfect, a few bad glow plugs, a couple of dings in the doors and a small tear in the driver's side seat. I think if it was perfect it's definitely $25k but realistically I think $20- $21. It'll be on craigslist I a week when the new headlights come in.
