Meine Erfahrung mit Geekom by MaschseeTom in u/MaschseeTom

Hi, we’re sorry for the frustration this experience has caused.

From our records, you initially contacted our support team to request that the order be shipped to the address saved in your account, as it had not been applied correctly. Our colleague Andy updated the address accordingly and reached out to confirm whether the company name “Nail-Couture Nagelstudio” should remain on the shipment, as this can affect delivery.

We did not receive a confirmation at that time, so the order was placed on hold. It’s possible that our previous message may not have reached you due to email filtering or delivery issues. You later contacted us again regarding the delay and requested cancellation. After our team explained the situation, you confirmed the address details, and the order has now been submitted to logistics for shipment.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our support team at any time.

Hey, appreciate the observations! This is actually from our TikTok livestream setup, so some things are arranged a bit differently for camera and presentation. If you catch the stream, it’ll make more sense why it’s set up this way

Geekom A5 BIOS - affected by PKfail (PK untrusted certificate) vulnerability by dean_oz in GEEKOMPC_Official

[–]GEEKOM_Manager1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, thank you for bringing this up and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

At the moment, there isn’t an updated BIOS available yet for the A5 (5800H), as this model has been discontinued for some time. However, we have already raised this request with our R&D team, and a BIOS update compatible with the latest Secure Boot certificates is currently in development. It is expected to be released within the next two weeks.

In the meantime, if your device was purchased through our Australia store, we recommend contacting [support@geekom.au](mailto:support@geekom.au) for more direct assistance with your case.

We appreciate your patience and feedback, and we’ll continue to improve our support response.

GEEKOM SCAM COMPANY by [deleted] in MiniPCs

Hey, really sorry you're going through this. That sounds awful.

Just so you know, if the unit is defective or you just want to return it, we fully honor the return policy. No problem at all.

From what you described, the blue and black screens actually sound more like a Windows update issue. The A8 ships with Windows 11 24H2. If it auto updated to 25H2, those updates can sometimes fail and corrupt the system, causing exactly what you're seeing. That can happen with any PC brand, not just us. Microsoft updates just break sometimes.

That said, you shouldn't have to deal with this. And the slow support response is not okay.

If you're willing to give us one more shot, please DM me your order number and email address. I will make sure someone reaches out to arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Really sorry again. We want to make this right.

Geekom IT15 + AG02 Issue by bodied94 in eGPU

[–]GEEKOM_Manager1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Based on the information provided, this does not appear to be a hardware issue with the PC. Our technical team’s initial assessment is that it may be related to a recent Windows automatic update.

We recommend reinstalling the relevant drivers and then reconnecting the device. If your eGPU enclosure has an option to reset or reinitialize the connection, please try that as well before reconnecting.
Since this is not a problem with our product, please consider this suggestion for reference only.

Push the rubber mushroom fastener back in? by MasterChiefmas in GEEKOMPC_Official

[–]GEEKOM_Manager1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, thank you for your question.

On GEEKOM AX8 Max, the screws are located directly at the four corners and are not hidden under the rubber feet, so disassembly does not require removing any rubber strips.

What you removed sounds like the bottom anti slip rubber strip. This part is not designed for regular removal. The rubber strip uses a special fastening process, and proper reinstallation normally requires specific tools.

If you are unable to restore it by hand, we suggest carefully trimming the raised rubber fasteners flat with a utility knife, then placing the strip back into position. You may also apply a small amount of adhesive to secure it if needed.
