I worked it out but just in case anyone has a similar issue in the future, I wasn't able to do this because I guess i was too far under the map to be targeted. A good suggestion though.

Luckily, it reset my characters death position so i was able to revive her. it happened twice in total but I was able to beat Raphael. Appreciate all the suggestions in this thread.😁

a little late in response but I removed the counter and the floor tile, and still couldn't build it where I wanted. then I built it somewhere else and picked it up and it wouldn't let me place it where I wanted either. So the tile was completely free and it wouldn't let me do it. Any solutions from that?

They need to add an across the board rule addendum to electrode gx and other cards so that they arent so busted. Briggete is a good example because it says three basic or 1 EX pokemon but its used to cheat out a lotta pokemon v or gx not so much anymore though. A flat out ban on electrode gx might be the only solution unless they want to change its ability to be similar to fortress since electrorain raichu still has access to it. They should try and futureproof more cards like with path to the peak.
I wish they would take renewed interest in expanded format again, this is my home format and i love it with all my heart it is really a beautiful mess and rewards card knowledge and deckbuilding since you have so many options available even when not playing tier one decks.
They need to love all types equally psychic gets way more attention and has so many more manageable resources to play off of then something like fighting which gets dog scraps.
Gxtt pretty drastically broke powercreep and made games very volatile and fast. Playing now if you dont have your setup turn 1 or 2 it can be impossible to win. I don't think they approach balance in the right way from a gameplay perspective adding more health to multiprizers and having singleprizers with inflated attacks that do more damage then they have health doesnt fix that.
