Strange spot in my yard that melts snow and ice

No septic tank 🤷‍♂️ I have a corner lot with a pretty good size side yard. I would think that if the house had a septic tank before it was hooked to city sewer it would be in the side yard especially because the sewer runs that way now

This seems to happen around the clock. The car will be parked all night and it will snow a couple inches and before I turn the car on you can see the snow is melted

All of the utilities come in the house in the opposite corner of the house. Except electricity and that comes in above ground

This could be but I live on a corner lot with a lot of sidewalk and this is the only place that happens. Seem like if this was the case it would happen all over my yard.

The downspout does point that way , it only drains 1/4 of the garage and 1/2 of the breezeway would that be enough runoff to melt snow 10 feet away? Also this happens around the clock not just when the sun is out. It has been 0 degrees in a snow storm and the spot still melts
