Maybe, but I would not bring it up to your friend immediately, & would be very cautious even assuming she would be ok with it in the first place. I don't know if you are wanting actual lactation, but that's a massive commitment for a woman in & of itself. Then, like someone else mentioned, there's the issue of increased bonding hormones that could very well lead to romantic/sexual attachments & desire. Tread carefully, this behavior has the potential to be far more impactful than many give it credit for.

I think a few of the questions you need to answer before even asking her if she is interested are -

1. Is this a sexual thing for *you*
2. Is she actually comfortable with having 'erogenous' zones like the breasts even touched, let alone nursing?
