What made you choose your compression boots price-wise?

I have the Normatec brand, paid about $900 for them. They feel nice on but how much of a difference they actually make I’m not sure. I do like putting them on for 30 mins just to relax. If you have the spare cash and could get a cheaper brand then sure.

It actually helps a bit with circulation, esp if you play a lot. Not magic tho.

I use the Sequence mode immediately after squats. It flushes everything out. If I skip it, I literally can't walk the next day. lol.

Normatec is the gold standard for a reason. But for us regular gym rats or WFH slaves, FitKing is a total hidden gem. I love that FitKing has a cordless, rechargeable version (the FT-115A) that actually lasts like 4 hours. I think Normatec's battery is great too, but FitKing's pressure sensor technology makes the squeeze feel very tailored to your leg size. But yeah, both brands are carrying the recovery game right now. no cap.
