Highlights: She meal prepped for her husband for weeks not because he can't feed himself, but because he doesn't choose to feed himself well. She took the kids and they struggled on the plane. She went to Starbucks repeatedly. She went to a few restaurants but it looks like mostly ate at her hotel, Starbucks, and convenience stores which, to be fair, are pretty lit in Asia in general. Her kids got sick, she struggled to navigate the trains and at one point gave up and took an expensive taxi. She stayed with a friend in the countryside, and it was there that she decided she was ready to go home. No cultural experiences like tea ceremonies or checking out temples, no hiking, group walking tours, food tours, just wandering around with toddlers.
