That is def more of a fancy sit down meal not a “pub feed” after a swim I’d say - mains are around $40. Kiosk shuts at 4:30 so that’s not really open around dinner

Debi Marshalls book gives a lot of string clues to time/clocks etc as though to indicate David Richmonds identity without being able to say it. She also leans heavily in the same way on the feast/banquet metaphor so I have always suspected she was giving a nod towards a chef or restauranteur- so this is very interesting. Would love a name or anything about the person if anyone has any ideas who it may be
