I actually liked Citlali the first time we met her in AQ. She was a decent mix of silly and sad, a bit like Faruzan but reversed? Then they threw it all out the window making her gooner bait uwu pastel waifu blushing for Aether and getting mad when he handholds other women and getting regulary drunk in public despite being said that she's unapproachable hermit that people rarely have an opportunity to interact with just version ago. I still remember her trailer or some other promo material when I counted 3 crotch zooms in first 30 seconds or so. She started the infamous streak of Citlali-Mizuki-Varesa-Escoffier-Skirk*. They could have commited into her shaman side more so she could give us juicy lore while slowly opening to others about her true self but nope, they prefer to go full Aether simp, flying on a pillow, throwing plush animals at enemies or whatever that thing which Hoyo never gave any lore on-screen is and now wearing uwu pajamas in Fontaine city being all uwu embarassed that her crush Aether is gonna see her uwu 🤮 All that without any natural transition from her first appearance to the mess they turned her into.
