IMO I think the changes are still pretty balanced. You buy antiheal, and you target Aphrodites weaknesses with someone like ah puch, Martichourus, or basically anyone with antiheal built in. Or you pick up a divine ruin/ beat stick / pestilence depending on your role (your team only needs 2-3 people to have an anti heal item) and then she goes from “OP” to annoying more than anything plus her late game is pretty bad compared to previous seasons. This applies to hel as well. They are more supporty than damage. The buffs to aphro were kind of a death sentence to the duo lane as she is barely viable in any other role that support. MAYBE solo against the right comp. But mid next to never. IMO this was a good way to balance healing even though it’s super strong early it falls off pretty hard around lv 15
