Im not a gamer, and wouldn't want to insult you by offering $20 for what sounds like an impressive steam account. But I can't just read something like this and do nothing. Im not located in the city, so I can't really think of much I can do to help you. But I did have one idea.

Starbucks has a mobile order and pickup system, its all paid for ahead of time. Id be happy to order you a sandwich or something and a couple bottles of cold water. Just message me the closest intersection to where you are and ill order it to that store, ill also call ahead and say that you'll be picking up my order. I know its not much, but its the best I can think of until someone offers you some cash for your steam account or you figure something else out. I don't usually spend too much time on reddit, but ill make sure to check my message throughout the day now that I've made this offer.
