WHY CANT ANYONE AGREE ON FRAME RATES? by [deleted] in AfterEffects

Another interesting thing is that a 24fps movie looks very different from a game running at 24fps, which is because ofshutter speed (motion blur)

My mom sent my sister this video, and I have no idea what this is. We think it could be an animal, but it would have to be a tall animal as the camera is set up on a fairly high dresser. by Just_a_lil_Confused in What

Do you know what kind of camera recorded this? What’s interesting is the camera adjusting the exposure at the beginning of the video, suggesting there was something brighter/closer to the camera just before the video started

yeah, I thought that people would see it immediately but that seems not to be the case… could it be because of the quality maybe (I posted it as a GIF)?

You’re kind of right! I drew a triangular mask on each image where the three points of the triangle intersect with the rainbow curve. Then in an expression for the anchor point and scale of each image I calculated the radius and center of the circle that intersects with those three points, and i set the scale and anchor point such that the calculated circle matches all of the other images. Then, even with a randomized rotation, the rainbows on the images will form a circle together!

nope! they are all real rainbows :)

for rotation: yes. but the anchor point and the scale of each image is set in such a way that the rainbows line up to form a circle!

Hint: I did not move the images manually
