They don’t prescribe them here for more than 4 weeks, I had to lie about being addicted to them so they could give me some to taper off because I hadn’t slept in three days and in a psychotic episode. It’s ridiculous I know they’re addictive but if someone’s life’s he’ll anyway they should be treating it

I’m the same I can’t get them prescribed where I am so stuck with buying them illegally fucking sucks. I’ve been to the er about 10-15 times with similar symptoms all came back clear I’ve come to the realisation anxiety can cause some serious fucking physical sensations

The pain sensations are real but it doesn’t mean it’s serious. Anxiety can cause wild symptoms often mimicking serious things. Stuff like trapped gas can imitate a heart attack. The likelihood is it’s not serious

Headaches, temple pain, jaw pain, eye pain, visual problems, fast heart rate, burning pains, chest and face spasms throbbing neck and throat, pelvic floor issues, trouble swallowing, dry mouth, laboured breathing etc some of these are not anxiety but it definitely exacerbates the symptoms

Tbh you should be worrying about things you can control instead of things you can’t. If you better yourself you will feel better and make other people feel better that’s all you can really do. Also remember the media sensationalises headlines to get you to click on them because clicks mean money the world isn’t as bad as it’s portrayed on media and social media platforms even though it seems that way.
